OVERVIEW



This website is operated by Woodentots Consult Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Woodentots Consult Limited.

By visiting our site and/ or registering for one of our training or procuring any of our other services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of this site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

This is the most current version of the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PROPRIETARY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree that you will not use our electronic products or any other information for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate legal action  Services.

PRICE

Training at our Centre / Online Training

The prices quoted are VAT exclusive.

VAT* will be charged at the current rate of 7.5% as stipulated by the Nigerian Government at the point of payment.

Inset (onsite) Training

For training at your locations, quotations will include travel, accommodation or living expenses as applicable.

Pricing quotations for inset training are valid only for 7 days from the date they are first sent to customer.

 

PAYMENTS

The training fee(s) are payable in full upon registration. Payment will be according to the agreed payment schedule as stated in the contract for Inset training. Clients/Trainees who would like to pay through non-Nigerian accounts or credit cards will be responsible for all bank charges in relation to the overseas transaction.

Late payments will attract a payment charge of 5% over the central Bank of Nigeria base rate.

Payments can be made on our website or via direct bank transfers or deposits.

 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Training at our Centre/ Online Training

Woodentots Consult Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change the location as a result of insufficient enrolment, instructor illness or operational reasons.

Woodentots Consult Limited will refund delegates in full if the cancellation is as a result of reasons within our control.

However, cancellations as a result of force majeure (Floods, Earthquakes, Political instability, Pandemic, Civil unrest etc.) will be resolved on a case by case basis.

 

 

 

In the event that the cancellation or rescheduling is initiated by the trainee: the table below will apply:

*Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.

E-learning – Online courses

No refunds shall be given for the cancellation of eLearning courses regardless of date of notification once the E-learning access has been activated.

 

Refund

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible such that the process is concluded within 20 working days.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable.

Woodentots Consult Limited will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions. Also, all administration fees for cancellations; or rescheduling, will be deducted prior to refund.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full. A multiple course booking is when more than one course is confirmed that may make up part of a certification

In this situation the delegate will not be entitled to any refund for courses or part of the course that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.

ADMISSION

Woodentots Consult Limited reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for the training program, event or online program.

 

DEVIATION

No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of Woodentots Consult Limited. No communication either verbal or printed on our websites will override these Terms and Conditions.

If in any case any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply, the contract and the other conditions shall remain in force and effect.

 

ASSIGNMENT

Woodentots Consult Limited may assign its interests in all or part of this agreement. The customer may not assign or transfer this contract without the express written permission of a Director of Woodentots Consult Limited.
